Yikes ! 180.25 lbs !!!

Well, blogs need to be honest so let me share with you what happened.  We went to Florida for a week's vacation and I cheated substantially from my healthy diet.  What did I consume?  Some wine, some mixed drinks, some processed food, some chips, a few goodies and now you have the picture !  On the plus side, I cycled 125 miles and speed walked.

The important lesson to share with you (and myself) is that 85% of weight maintenance is diet and the balance is exercise.


So, now I will be VERY careful for the next few weeks and get those few pounds back off and continue my goal to be trim and healthy !!!
